Shipping policy

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may not be able to ship Domaine Magdalena wines directly or indirectly to your location. We are prohibited from shipping to certain states, cannot ship outside the United States, and cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If we are unable to ship to your state, we will contact you via email.

We currently cannot ship to the following states: Washington

All shipments require the signature of a person of legal drinking age at the time of delivery. Failure to provide age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such cases, the order will be returned at your expense.

Shipping Costs

We ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable product and sensitive to extreme temperatures. Hot summers and cold winters can affect the quality of your wine during transit. Domaine Magdalena is not responsible for and will not replace wine damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you.
